Termite Resistant: Every single piece of wood is treated with industry-specific techniques, making it termite resistant and ensuring its safe usage in extremely moist climatic conditions or areas

• Dust the furniture regularly.
• Wipe the wooden surface with a clean microfiber cloth damped in a wood-friendly cleanser. Immediately wipe the moisture with a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth.In case of a spill, blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth in a gentle manner. Please make sure you do not use coarse material or rub the spot briskly.
• Use mats and coasters before keeping any hot or cold items on the wooden surface.
• Ensure that the furniture does not have any exposure to moisture and water.
• Protect the material from direct sunlight and heat to maintain its original quality.
• Keep sharp objects away from your furniture to avoid cuts and scratches.
• Avoid chemical and alcohol contact with the furniture as it might harm the natural finish and durability of the product.

Please note: Do not drag the furniture to relocate it, as this might weaken the joints. Instead, lift the wooden furniture if you want to move it.

• Understanding your Product:
• Accessories shown in the photograph are meant for representation purposes only, and are not part of the actual product.
• Furniture products having intricate and hand-painted details have been meticulously created by skilled craftsmen, following on the footsteps of several generations of accomplished artisans. Each piece of such Furniture is, thus, unique, and there is a possibility of slight differences between the picture and the actual product.
• Placing an Order:
• Please check the dimensions of your entrance/door to your premise before buying, so that there is no problem in getting the product inside at the time of delivery. In such a situation, we will not be able to accept return or cancellation requests. Certain items require no assembly and can be used as-is. For this, please check the item details. Wherever we assist with assembly, the carpenter visits will be scheduled.
• On Returns:
• If you select to return the item, kindly make sure that the product is ready and packed in the original condition.
• Damages:
• WoodenStreet’s delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience. If you receive a damaged or defective product, bring it to the notice of delivery personnel right at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at support@woodenstreet.com immediately. The issue will be assessed within 72 hours and a solution will be provided at the earliest. If in the opinion of Wooden Street, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Wooden Street.
• Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team, so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

This product comes with 36 months warranty period, which covers manufacturing/workmanship defects issues that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

• Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
• Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
• Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
• Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg, upholstery furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
• Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product
• Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
• In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product, and it does not cover under the warranty section (for solid wood furniture).
• Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits or joints opening is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (for solid wood furniture).
• Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame, and mechanisms, if any.
• Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
• As per industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in the warranty

• Accessories showcased in the image are just to give an idea about the setup. These are not a part of the product, unless specified.
• In the case of solid wood based furniture, the wood grain might slightly vary from product to product.
• Intricate design or hand-paint might have slight variation between the 3D picture and the actual product.
• In accordance with the different screen settings and resolutions, there might be a minute difference in fabric colour and wood finish between the website images and actual product.
• The primary material is the main material used to manufacture the product. In addition to this, other secondary materials might also be used in the manufacturing process.

Delivery

• Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
• Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
• In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges apply per floor for delivery to the customer’s floor on request.
• Extra charges apply for weekend or time-specific delivery.
• Your products will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you have failed to receive the delivery. After this, SKI Decore reserves the right to change or cancel the order.

Installation

Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.

• Pre-assembled: No installation is required. The product comes fully assembled and ready to use.
• Expert Assembly: Expert assistance is required; SKI Decore will provide carpenters for installation and assembly.
• Basic assembly / DIY: The product requires minimal assembly using simple tools and the supplied instructions. No expert assistance is required.
